I love these performances as well. I remember Slightly Stoopid getting some hate around here last time I mentioned them, but that's not surprising really.

A word of warning if you plan on catching a show though. The crowd I saw last time was not too far from a Dave Mathews crowd (young obnoxious bros and frat-type dudes who can't handle their drugs). I can't say that all their fans are like this, but from what I saw, many of them are. If you're able to tune them out and just enjoy the music, you'll probably enjoy. But if you get pissed off at assholes around you who ruin the show, you might have an incident like I did and get "escorted" out lol

I thought I was the only stoopid poster.

I don't think they have been in these parts before so it will be interesting to see who shows. I definitely get what you are saying though about the crowd from what I have seen in live vids (mostly from festivals in Cali). The venue, while not The Bushnell, is somewhere where I can get a proper drink (or two) if needs be.

What do you like about 'em? Me> http://snack.to/tuj0zya3

Stoopid is as stoopid does.

In regards to my statement about the stoopid crowd, keep in mind that show I saw was in Philly haha. No offense to any philadelphians out there, but the majority of the young people I've met from there are obnoxious and just generally annoy me. Then again, I'm from northern Jersey, so I shouldn't really talk about obnoxious people.

Snacktools, eh? New to me. Nice playlist you put together there. I love Keller's "Pumped Up Kicks." I know most of your selections, but some I need to check out, like Burning Spear doing Estimated.

Oh, well that explains everything... ;-)
